Digital Product Delivery Policy for StockLayouts Templates
Delivery Method
All StockLayouts graphic design templates are digital products delivered electronically. No physical copies, disks, or printed materials will be shipped.
Instant Access
After your purchase is successfully processed, you will receive immediate access to your template downloads. An email containing your download link(s) will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within minutes. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Accessing Your Downloads
For single purchases: Download links in email receipts are active for a limited time. Customers with expired links can still access their files by logging into their account. We recommend downloading and saving your files immediately to your computer.
For All Access Pass subscribers: Templates are available for download as long as your subscription is active. Once your subscription expires, you will no longer be able to download new templates. However, you can redownload previously downloaded files by logging into your account. You are responsible for the safekeeping of all templates you downloaded while your subscription was active.
