StockLayouts simple 3-day return policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from StockLayouts. Because our products are digital, we can only offer refunds under very specific circumstances. Here’s what you need to know:
If you bought a single template:
- A full refund is available if you haven’t downloaded the file. Sometimes accidents happen, and if you realize you bought the wrong product, just let us know, and as long as you haven’t downloaded it, we can help.
- A refund may be considered if you encounter a technical issue. If the file just isn’t working for you, please reach out to us with the details, and we’ll do our best to find a solution.
If you bought a subscription:
- First 3 days, no downloads? No problem. If you change your mind shortly after starting a subscription and haven’t downloaded a single template, we can provide a refund for that initial payment.
- Already downloaded? Once you’ve downloaded templates with your subscription, the sale is considered final.
- You can cancel anytime. Just know that we can’t offer refunds for partial subscription periods. You’ll continue to have access to your templates until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Templates are yours to keep. The templates you downloaded while your subscription was active are yours to use forever.
How to request a refund:
Please send a quick email to our support team at support@stocklayouts.com within 3 days of your purchase.
Be sure to include your order number and let us know what happened. This helps us help you faster.
